There are 3 things that is there in my memory for our 2nd year in REC. One is the freedom. Freedom to move around the campus even after 7pm. Freedom to choose our room and room mates.
Hey Nafsu, Naushi and aila do you remember those days when we were room mates.
The next big thing I remember is the fight with Phalgoos. Again Gooch's (Rajeev Krishnan) famous dialog - "Namalil oruthanne pattiye thallum polle thalli", ha ha ha.

Sunil with katta. Murali, Kutty, Moota everybody to their full swing.
Then came the compromise talks.
When I think of it now it was all fun, because I was just a spectator :).
The third is the elections. :(

First mass movement
Hey guys do you remember that night when we united against our seniors, against ragging.
Many joined that group(almost all mallus). Many supported us.
I don't remember the exact date but that was the first biggest movement I came across in my life.
Still some of the pictures are well defined in my mind. Some of those are. Jins and Kutty talking together to achieve a common goal. Vinod G addressing the crowd(as usual)
Tharun declaring his support.
And the best part is Sajith standing on the "washing rock" near the bathrooms to declare the name of the Group as "Crusaders". All this reminded me of the movie Gandhi (seriously).
One more thing, the name Sajith declared was suggested by Nafsal around one month before this event.
Its only history that this group turned out to be the greatest football team REC Calicut has ever seen and the person who named the team became the Captain of the team.

Mass Bunk
Hey you remember the MASS BUNK of first year.
The first tensioned decision in REC.
What all rumors were there?
Compsci-waalo we were 100% perfect on this. Everybody participated in this mass movement.
I remember Gooch making a hell out of a noice in our common room.ha ha ha.
